Blaine Blaine is a border town in every sense of the word. Some of the streets in town end because if they didn’t, you’d go right across the US-Canadian Border. However, this isn’t just a town you blast through on your way from point A to point B. There are plenty of attractions that make Blaine a destination in its own right.

Birch Bay

Birch Bay is a sea side community south of Blaine centered around an expanse of publically accessible beach bordered by Birch Bay State Park to the South and Semiahmoo to the North.

Semiahmoo

Semiahmoo Resort is located at the tip of a mile long natural spit which juts into Puget Sound, forming the entrance to Drayton Harbor and framed by Semiahmoo Bay at Blaine, Washington.
