Kilmer Park is a neighborhood park on a grassy city lot on B Street with children’s play equipment, a picnic table and a sign. Nothing else -- there is no shade, no restrooms. However, it is easily accessed from the freeway and could make for a nice pit stop before or after crossing the border to let the younger members of the family stretch their legs.
