Directions
Take Birch Bay/Lynden Exit 270. Head west on The Birch Bay Lynden Road approximately 5 miles until you reach Birch Bay. Turn left on Harborview Road. Turn left on Birch Bay Drive (water will be on the right). The Birch Bay Golf CLub will be about two blocks on the left.

Description:
Located on the shores of Birch Bay is the executive, par 59, Birch Bay Golf Club. This attractive and highly entertaining course offers a variety of challenges for players of all ability levels.

The course offers a great opportunity for you to hone your short iron and putting skills as it features undulating fairways, variable trade winds, 32 bunkers and 8 water crossings. An inaccurate tee shot can get you into trouble in a hurry on this course because of the water hazards, sand bunkers, neighboring houses and wild areas. In other words, bring a few extra golf balls.

There are great views of Mount Baker throughout the course and keep an eye out for a variety of wildlife including deer, cougar, blue heron and baby ducks and geese in the spring. The course is a popular destination for younger golfers, beginners, and seniors as it is easy to walk and has plenty of challenges despite the executive nature of the course. The friendly pro shop has both power and pull carts for rent as well as clubs and a variety of golf merchandise. They can also coordinate your tournament or league for you or your group or provide lessons. One of the best features of the course is that you can play all eighteen holes in just a couple of hours.

When you finish your round make sure to visit the 19th Hole. This is not your run of the mill golf course snack bar. The 19th Hole is a full service restaurant and lounge featuring live music, indoor and outdoor seating with golf course and waterfront views, fully stocked lounge and an excellent menu ranging from steak and seafood to burgers.
